Reading Time: 4 minutesWhenever we think of Christmas vacations, on top of our head or Baguio or Tagaytay. Or if you are feeling extra, you’d probably find yourself abroad in Hongkong or Japan. Well, those are the common go-to destinations every Christmas break. But I am not one to go to the usual places. I like trying out new things. I like exploring the unusual, the unbeaten path. So, why don’t you check out Kawit jn Cavite this season and experience #PaskongKawiteno like I did!
Reading Time: 3 minutesGrowing up, the first Jumanji movie was my go-to movie. There wasn’t a weekend that I did not watch it on our VHS. I mean, what is there not to love about it? We have Robin Williams, lions, and a whole new world to explore. There is that special sense of adventure that tickled my fancy. So, when the soft reboot of the movie came out about a decade later, I was a bit skeptical. Jumanji starring Dwayne Johnson and Jack Black? That’s something, right? But boy it did not disappoint and it left me in stitches. The good thing is a sequel to that comes out this year, continuing in on the premise of Jumanji being a broken video game. Was it funny? Bingers, you’d want to read til the end of our review because the movie surprised me with some of its elements!
Reading Time: 3 minutesWhen it comes to cameras, which side are you on, Bingers? Are you #TeamDSLR or #TeamMirrorless? Personally, if you ask me, I’ll be standing at the center because I own both. I have a Canon 1100D, my first DSLR and I also have an M100, a mirrorless camera which I bought last year. My Canon 1100D was bought in 2006 when I was still in college and it is still perfectly working now. I got myself an M100 as a Christmas gift to myself and because I need a new equipment for blogging and vlogging. If you ask me, I’ll say that both have advantages and disadvantages of their own. But let’s take the divide a step further because recently, Canon introduced two new cameras that are mid-range powerhouses: EOS 90D and EOS M6 Mark II. We had our firsthand experience on both during the launch and we got the details to help you decide where to put your 13 month bonuses!
Reading Time: 4 minutesWe grew up learning about the mystery of the Loch Ness monster and the chupacabras. We wondered about the existence of the UFOs. But if there’s one thing closest to our Asian hearts, that is the mystery of the Big Foot or Yeti. These mythical creatures have been a subject of fictional stories for the longest time. And on those occasions, they have always been painted as gruesome creatures who know nothing but to hunt for blood. In DreamWorks Animation’ and Pearl Studios’ Abominable, they were shown on a different light. It was a story of Asian family culture that is filled with heart and adventure. Bingers, here is our review of Abominable:
