This Is How The Pandemic Made Me A Plantito

Reading Time: 3 minutes

So, Bingers, I am sure that I am not the only one who has been so hooked in gardening. Since the lockdown started sometime in March due to COVID pandemic, people were filled with lots of emotions. Among those emotions were fear, anxiety, depression, denial, and of course, boredom. We had to move away from our regular lives. The normal is now a thing of the past as we move to and try to embrace the so-called New Normal. We tried different activities to cope with the situation- that despite continuing to function as many of us continued working while in Work From Home setup. Others tried baking, workout, and for many of us- gardening. Thus we saw the surprisingly quick increase of plantitos and plantitas on Facebook. Bingers, I too, become a plantito! Let me share with you my experience:

5 Best Gift Ideas for Different Millennials

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Hey, Bingers! Christmas is just around the corner, in fact, we are now two months into the holidays because as you know, Christmas starts in the country as soon as the calendar hits the Ber months. As soon as the Halloween is over, malls will be decorated with Christmas lights, giant Christmas trees, and suddenly we will be filled with the holiday spirit. Somehow, a Grinch-like force will come over us in the form of horrible traffic and overcrowded malls. We cannot just let the holidays past and skip giving gifts to our friends. But hey, no worries! I recently found a solution to that. We can still show our different types of friends that we think of them without stressing ourselves out by braving the packed malls! Bingers, meet GC Regalo!

Let’s admit it. Not everyone is a Star Wars fan, very much like not everyone is a Potterhead. That’s not a problem at all. In fact, I think that is interesting. To be honest, before Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, I was not a fan of the franchise. The story of the film then cemented my love for the narrative. Now that Star Wars: The Last Jedi is out, you can’t help but miss out on the film that everybody is talking about! Worry not because here are three reasons why you should still see the biggest movie of the year even if you are not a fan! Read more about Three Reasons Non-Fans Should See Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Bloggers Night at Chatsi Coffee House & Beanery

Reading Time: 2 minutes

There is a new hang-out spot in the South! As a Laguna kid, my family and friends’ go-to place is Nuvali, Paseo de Sta.Rosa, or Tagaytay. Well, no surprise there because it has everything we need- cafes, restaurants, and open spaces. But I also know that it is best to avoid those areas this holiday season because the traffic is horrible. Good for us, Chatsi Coffee House & Beanery is very accessible. On top of that, they serve great food! They served us their best dishes and drinks from the menu during the Bloggers Night and I can’t wait to share them all with you!
